Founding Member, Co-workshop researcher and facilitator. Noémie Despland-Lichtert holds a B.F.A from Concordia University and a Post-professional Master of Architecture from McGill. She is interested in notions of space and identity, spatial and social practices, across the fields of Art, Architecture and Activism. She has been a guest curator for the Board of Montreal Museum Directors, the in-chief editor of the online version of the magazine Vie des Art and had been working for the Educational Programs of the Canadian Centre for Architecture for two years. She presented her research at different conferences in Canada and Europe (Belgium and Germany). She currently lives in Los Angeles and is enrolled in the master of Curatorial Practices and the Public Sphere at Roski’s school of Art.
